As Dr. James Bowen’s paper “Aspartame Murders infants” explained, the poison violates the Federal Genocide Law. Toxic mechanisms the doctor listed include:

Teratogen, it produces birth defects
Adjuvant, it forms antigenic tissue triggering immunologic attack
Fetal Wastage
Chelation, promotes heavy metal poisoning.

Dr. Bowen said further: “Aspartame. sold as NutraSweet, AminoSweet, E951 and Equal, is in thousands of foods and diet drinks, as well as drugs. At every point in the fertility process APM destroys, beginning with the gleam in Mom and Pop’s eyes: it ruins female sexual response and induces male sexual dysfunction. Beyond this, aspartame disrupts fetal development by aborting it or inducing defects. And if a live child is born aspartame may have heinously damaged the DNA of the baby, cursing future generations.

So here we are in 2012 with a global epidemic of autism. Dr. Bill Deagle said:”The European Environmental Association has projected that with the rise of autism caused by toxic foods like Aspartame, MSG, Fluoride, and environmental degradation, by 2013 no one will be born in the Western World that does not to some degree have autism. Our board of AAEM, American Academy of Environmental Medicine and Dr. William Rae, director of the Dallas Environmental Clinic agreed in open discussion at the October 2010 annual meeting”.

In 1999 Parents Magazine featured the article What’s Happening to Our Children that said almost every family is involved. That’s because aspartame triggers behavioral and psychiatric problems, birth defects, and learning disorders. In Sweet Remedy, Cori Brackett’s sequel to the aspartame documentary Sweet Misery: A Poisoned World she interviewed the Finegold Association ADD people who said that before aspartame they didn’t even use the terms ADD and ADHD. With all we know today about aspartame no one in their right mind would do a study today on children, but one was done accidentally as is discussed inAspartame Disease: An Ignored Epidemic by H. J. Roberts, M.D., the 1038 page medical text on this poison. Dr Miguel A. Baret of the Dominican Republic removed milk from the diet of 360 children, because it has a specific protein that can cause diabetes, especially in children. They drank juice laced with aspartame instead. Many developed “abnormal restlessness, lack of concentration, irritability and depression.” When Dr Baret removed it: “The results were astonishing. Their symptoms disappeared in 4-6 days in ALL of them!” I remember when he called and said, “All I did was change their diet from milk to aspartame juice!!” Thank you, Dr Baret, for this study showing what aspartame does to the brains of our kids!

Dr. Morando Soffritti of the Ramazzini Institute in Italy has done three studies on aspartame showing it to be, in his own words: a multipotential carcinogen. The third study projected that a pregnant woman using aspartame could predispose the child to grow up to be a cancer victim. Aspartame produces the deadly brain tumor agent diketopiperazine. Such malignancies are now sprouting like mushrooms across America. In original studies it triggered uterine, ovarian, pancreatic, thyroid and testicular tumors.

I spoke with Jerome Bressler in 2001, author of the famous “Bressler Report”. He was terribly disturbed because two vital studies were removed from his report, and the public not warned. On November 27, 2001 Dr. H. J. Roberts wrote his Senator, Bill Nelson, on stating that important information had been withheld, saying: “Specifically, I need original copies of the two (2) mouse studies done at Searle Laboratories, which were reviewed by the inspection team of the Chicago District of the Center for Food Safety & Applied Nutrition between April ­ September 1977”.

Jane Kirby for Melinda Plaisier, Associate Commissioner for Legislation wrote Senator Bill Nelson on April 18, 2002 and said:

“Additionally, some documents are considered confidential under FDA’s FOI regulations and in some instances the Agency cannot acknowledge the existence of such documents”.

These studies were withheld by the FDA without regard for the health and lives millions of children who could be sacrificed to protect the profits of aspartame’s manufacturers!

We obtained these records with the help of Dr. Madelon Price who worked with Dr. John Olney, founder of the field of neuroscience called excitotoxicity, but it took 8 years.

They were teratology studies (birth defects), showing horrible birth defects with the FDA admitting it. No wonder Jerome Bressler was so concerned. Dr. John Olney, world-renowned neuroscientist, tried to prevent approval of aspartame when he found aspartic acid caused lesions (holes in the brain) in mice. His first study is also in the Report for Schools above. He then wrote a 49 page report to the Board of Inquiry of the FDA asserting that birth defects would be a given, a certain result of aspartame consumption. www.wnho.net/dr_olney1.doc

The FDA at the time agreed with Dr. Olney and even revoked the petition for approval. After Don Rumsfeld got aspartame marketed through political chicanery the FDA promised Dr. Olney aspartame would never be allowed for babies or children. Today it’s in pediatric vitamins, over-the-counter pediatric drugs and even pediatric prescription drugs. We have even had SIDS reported from aspartame. Aspartame also damages the cardiac conduction system and causes sudden death.

Lane Shore, Mission Possible Chicago took Jerome Bressler his report with the comments from FDA on the two studies restored, prior to his death in January 2011. Even as he was dying in a nursing home/assisted living, he would tell people please don’t use aspartame because it’s poison. He was one of the last heroes of the FDA before it became Big Pharma’s Washington Branch Office and their loyalty went to the manufacturers, betraying the public trust.

Aspartame is an endocrine disrupting chemical, which stimulates prolactin, changing the menses and causing infertility. If a woman discontinues aspartame and becomes pregnant, and begins to use it again, nevertheless aspartame is an abortifacient that causes birth defects and mental retardation.

With this information you would be looking for an epidemic of infertility. April 23, 2012 USA Today wrote The New Face of Infertility: Under 35 and Frustrated. Ermelle Martinez, Mission Possible LA, looked forward to a family with children and a career in medicine. In her last year she was diagnosed as having MS and her husband had divorced her because he wanted children. When we got her off aspartame she began to ovulate but it was too late. She was now too old to have children. She never finished her last year in med school and never became a physician. The saddened stories of women who wanted a family and children have come in for years. When I was on WLW in Chicago I discussed this several times. One day a man called in who said he passed the information on to his daughter who had been trying for a decade to have children. He was happy to say she was able to get pregnant and he has now a grandchild, which he thought would never happen. Fertility clinics are full of women sipping diet pop with aspartame, never realizing that is why they are there.

In the autism epidemic the excuse used is better testing. Such foolishness. Having found records showing the FDA knew aspartame causes birth defects; I was overjoyed when Dr. Woodrow Monte told me he had secured four more studies showing aspartame causes birth defects that had been hidden. He recently published the book, ” While Science Sleeps”. In the final chapter he explains that the original manufacturer, G. D. Searle, made a deal with the FDA to seal records showing birth defects, so the public would never find out. The records show aspartame causes cleft palate. You can’t help but think of the organization, “Smile”, and Goldie Hawn’s favorite charity. It’s hard to comprehend how many millions of lives have been affected because a deadly chemical poison is marketed for human consumption. These tragedies didn’t have to happen. If aspartame was removed from the market imagine the billions of dollars saved on medical bills alone. So many lives shattered. One woman used diet pop through 3 pregnancies and has 3 autistic children. She and her husband work two jobs to care for them. There will be money in a trust to care for these children when their parents die.

One child out of 88 in the US is believed to have autism or a related disorder. Mark Roithmayr, president of Autism Speaks said, “Autism is now officially becoming an epidemic in the United States”. An AP article says the previous estimate was 1 in 110. The new figure is from the latest in a series of studies that have steadily raised the government’s autism estimate. This new number means autism is nearly twice as common as officials said it was five years ago, and affects roughly 1 million U.S. children and teens.

Dr. Woodrow Monte said: “The epidemic of Autism began 9 months after the introduction of aspartame into carbonated beverages. A recent questionnaire posts Lite Yogurt as one of the favored food during pregnancy of women who bore autistic children…..when will this madness stop?” Stewart Pape, Head of the National Yogurt Association has petitioned the FDA twice to allow aspartame in yogurt and other milk products without labeling. While this is against the law, the FDA has never answered the question, even though it was a Freedom of Information request.

Vaccines also cause autism with the mercury compound Thimerosal. Aspartame interacts with vaccines, and also is an adjuvant. Double trouble. Dr. Ken Stoller has made an hour presentation on Thimerosal and aspartame as factors in the autism epidemic. He wrote: “Multinational pharmaceutical corporations are now in control of U.S. vaccine policy and have gone on record that they need to advocate for the continued use of Thimerosal. Thimerosal has been reintroduced back into the routine vaccine schedule with pressure from WHO, the Brighton Collaboration and the CDC based on the strength of the flawed and fabricated research literature created for this purpose.

Dr. Stoller said today, “Autism, which continues to be unrecognized as an environmental encephalopathy, is being caused by a toxic soup of poisons from pesticides to heavy metals in vaccines. Aspartame, a known carcinogen and neurotoxin will eventually be recognized as playing a prominent roll in the mix of pernicious ingredients to which we have allowed ourselves to be exposed. Women who are heterozygous for the PKU gene will have an abnormally high spike in phenylalanine after consuming Aspartame. If they are pregnant, they will expose the fetus to very high levels of phenylalanine in utero and this could have untoward consequences on brain health in their offspring.”

Dr. W. C. Monte finally got secret FDA memo 37 years after G. D. Searle labs found birth defects in rabbits from aspartame. To this day aspartame is not listed as a teratogen because the FDA and G. D. Searle covered up the tests that were performed in l974 and 1975. When Monsanto bought G. D. Searle in 1985 they funded Dr. Diane Dow Edwards to study possible birth defects caused by the ingestion of aspartame. After preliminary data showed damaging information funding for the study was cut off. This is the way it’s done with aspartame manufacturers.

When Dr. Ralph Walton did a study Monsanto wouldn’t even sell him the chemical because they knew they would have no control over it. Sure enough the reactions were so severe the institution had to stop the study. Almost 100% of independent scientific peer reviewed studies on this poison show the problems. This is why you can’t ever accept an aspartame industry controlled or financed study. The manufacturer’s studies originally proved everything from birth defects and seizures to cancer. This is why they tried to cover it up as discussed in the Bressler Report. The FDA did try to have the company indicted for fraud but both US Prosecutors hired on with the defense team and the statute of limitations expired. You can’t take a chemical poison and have it show safety. No way!

Dr. John Olney was so upset over the shenanigans pulled by G. D. Searle he demanded they do studies in his laboratory where he could oversee them. Sure enough they showed brain damage so he thought aspartame would never be approved. He found out later they never gave the results to the FDA.

A Norway study some years ago showed aspartame causes brain damage especially in the area of learning. Dr. Louis Elsas, an eminent Pediatric Professor, Genetics, told Congress on 11/3/87 he had spent 25 years in the biomedical sciences “trying to prevent mental retardation and birth defects caused by excess phenylalanine. And herein lies my basic concern, that aspartame is in fact a well known neurotoxin and teratogen which, in some as yet undefined dose, will both reversibly in the adult and irreversibly in the developing child or fetal brain, produce adverse effects.”

The aspartame component aspartic acid is a powerful neurotransmitter that excites the brain’s neurons into hyperactivity until they exhaust and die. So there you have it, a bouquet of brain and neurological destroyers packed in little blue envelopes, sitting on every restaurant table in the western world, harvesting enough money to buy whatever bureaucratic blessings are necessary to kill us.

And remember that aspartame damages DNA, and thusly is capable of destroying humanity.

Scientists say sugar is as toxic as alcohol – and there should be a drinking age for soda

Sure, sugar’s bad for you. But should we establish a drinking age for sugary sodas? According to UC San Francisco pediatric endocrinologist Robert Lustig, the answer is emphatically yes. He says that added sweeteners have health effects comparable to alcohol and tobacco, and should be regulated accordingly. In a comment piece for the journal Nature, Lustig and his colleagues argue that the state should selectively block access to sugar, using some pretty stiff rules.

For years, Lustig has advocated against added sugar, specifically sweeteners that include fructose. In the recent opinion piece, Lustig and his colleagues Laura A. Schmidt and Claire D. Brindis point out that fructose and other sugars can cause liver toxicity, among other chronic diseases. They write:

A little is not a problem, but a lot kills – slowly. If international bodies are truly concerned about public health, they must consider limiting fructose – and its main delivery vehicles, the added sugars HFCS and sucrose – which pose dangers to individuals and to society as a whole.

To restrict sugar, the researchers start with ideas drawn from existing alcohol and tobacco restrictions. They suggest establishing taxes on “sweetened fizzy drinks (soda), other sugar-sweetened beverages (for example, juice, sports drinks and chocolate milk) and sugared cereal.” In addition, they advocate that we reduce the availability of sugar, particularly to children. This restriction would make it more difficult for vending machines to sell sweet drinks and sugary snacks in schools and in workplaces, building on already existing regulations that have removed sodas from some schools.

But there are even bigger steps to be taken in limiting the availability of added sugars. Lustig et. al. write:

States could apply zoning ordinances to control the number of fast-food outlets and convenience stores in low-income communities, and especially around schools, while providing incentives for the establishment of grocery stores and farmer’s markets. Another option would be to limit sales during school operation, or to designate an age limit (such as 17) for the purchase of drinks with added sugar, particularly soda. Indeed, parents in South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, recently took this upon themselves by lining up outside convenience stores and blocking children from entering them after school. Why couldn’t a public-health directive do the same?

Refusing to allow fast food restaurants in certain areas? Banning children from convenience stores? I just can’t see anyone accepting changes this radical. Do the researchers really think that people will sit back and let the government take away pastries, candy, and soda? Over our pudgy dead bodies. Surprisingly, the researchers don’t see sugar cravings as their biggest obstacle.

They write:

Regulating sugar will not be easy – particularly in the ‘emerging markets’ of developing countries where soft drinks are often cheaper than potable water or milk. We recognize that societal intervention to reduce the supply and demand for sugar faces an uphill political battle against a powerful sugar lobby, and will require active engagement from all stakeholders.

So the scientists think the biggest problem with regulating sugar is the sugar lobby*. But even without the lobbyists, would people ever cede their right to eat sweets?

Though sugar undoubtedly causes disease, I have a hard time accepting that we’ll see the establishment of sugar regulations. And it’s not just because the populace would rise up in protest.

One impetus for tobacco and alcohol regulations is protecting others. Tobacco can cause cancer in the smoker and those who are exposed to second-hand smoke. Alcohol is not only an addictive substance that can poison the body in large enough quantities, but also impairs judgment to the point where a drinker might, say, get into a car and plow into another vehicle or a pedestrian. The government doesn’t regulate these substances just to protect the smokers and drinkers, it does so to protect others from the smokers and drinkers. Unless we discover that sugar hurts the people who watch us eat it, strict restrictions may be a long time coming.

Controversial Study Linking Diet Soda to Heightened Stroke Risk Draws Skepticism

New research that links diet soda consumption with an increased risk of heart attack and stroke has doctors urging caution about the controversial and preliminary results.

According to a study of more than 2,500 people presented today as a poster at the American Stroke Association International Stroke Conference in Los Angeles, people who drank diet soda daily had a 61 percent increased risk of cardiovascular events compared to those who drank no soda, even when accounting for smoking, physical activity, alcohol consumption and calories consumed per day.

“This study suggests that diet soda is not an optimal substitute for sugar-sweetened beverages, and may be associated with a greater risk of stroke,” Hannah Gardener of the University of Miami and her colleagues reported at the conference.

But the questionnaire-based study garnered criticism by experts in diet, nutrition and vascular disease.

“This study has major flaws and should not change anyone’s diet soda consumption,” said ABC News Chief Health and Medical Editor Dr. Richard Besser.

DANGER DANGER

The researchers used data obtained though the multi-ethnic, population-based Northern Manhattan Study to examine risk factors for stroke, heart attack and other vascular events such as blood clots in the limbs. While 901 participants reported drinking no soda at the start of the study, 163 said they drank one or more diet sodas per day.

“One of the many flaws here is that participants were asked about soda intake at only one point in time, when they entered the study,” Besser said. “It is difficult to imagine that people’s intake of soda is constant during that period.”

Connie Diekman, a registered dietician and director of University Nutrition at Washington University in St Louis, said, “Population-based studies provide some ‘food for thought’ but shouldn’t be used as the basis of nutrition guides for individuals. This study would be another one that indicates more controlled studies are needed.”

Drinking regular or diet soda has previously been linked to diabetes and metabolic syndrome, a precursor to diabetes. Surprisingly, Gardener and colleagues failed to detect an increased cardiovascular risk among daily drinkers of regular soda.

“Unfortunately, it may be that individuals with poor dietary habits do resort in some kind of calorie balancing and continue to eat high-calorie sweet foods but reduce their guilt by drinking diet soda,” said Dr. Howard Weintraub, clinical director of the New York University Center for the Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease, explaining the propensity to wash down a high-fat meal with low-cal soda.

Although the authors went on to control for metabolic syndrome (a component of which is obesity), peripheral vascular disease and cardiac disease history later in their analysis — lowering the magnitude of increased risk to 48 percent — they did not account for variations in eating habits.

“In my 20 years of clinical practice, patients who consume diet soda tend to have more of a sweet tooth; to get more sweet cravings; to eat more foods with added sugar; and to like and eat more processed food than patients who avoid both regular and diet soda,” said Dr. David Katz, director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center.

Dr. Ralph Sacco, chair of neurology at the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine and senior author on the report, said, “As a first step, we just looked at total calories. It’s a work in progress.”

Although the authors controlled for vascular disease and metabolic syndrome, Miami’s Sacco theorized that drinking diet soda might increase stroke and heart attack risk by modulating vascular risk factors and metabolism.

“When we control for these, we still see an association but it’s attenuated a bit,” Sacco said, adding that people who drank daily diet soda had a higher mean body-mass index and were slightly more likely to have diabetes.

“I think we need confirmation in other, larger data sets,” Sacco said. “We find this intriguing but it requires follow-up.”

Critics also noted the failure to control for a family history of cardiovascular disease or hyperlipidemia, both of which are known risk factors for stroke and heart attack, according to Dr. Nehal Mehta, director of the Inflammatory Risk Clinic at the University of Pennsylvania.

And the study population may have been at a higher-than-normal risk for cardiovascular events, with an event rate of 22 percent compared with the expected rate of 8 to 10 percent, Mehta said.

Roughly three-quarters of the study participants were African-American or Hispanic; both considered to be at a higher risk for cardiovascular problems.

But some experts welcomed the study as a “wake-up call” for many to ditch diet soda in favor of water and other more natural beverages.

“Any way you slice it, soda drinking is not healthy and should be done sparingly,” said Dr. Peter McCullough, consultant cardiologist and chief academic and scientific officer for St. John Providence Health System and the Providence Park Heart Institute in Southfield, Mich.

Love at first.......

“The study highlights the increasingly negative information we are getting about the consumption of non-caloric sweetened beverages,” said Dr. Jana Klauer, a New York City-based private practice physician specializing in weight control and nutrition. “People drink them to save calories and enjoy a sweet taste, but diet soda hasn’t lead to weight loss and now appears to be causing more problems than it solves.”

Dr. Cam Patterson, chief of cardiology and director of the University of North Carolina McAllister Heart Institute, said, “We can’t ignore this association but we really don’t know what it means right now. It is implausible to me that diet drinks actually cause heart disease, but it does make sense that people who drink diet sodas might make other lifestyle choices, like exercising less, that contribute to the results of this study.

“I’ll continue to pack a diet soda with my lunch, but I’ll look more carefully at what else is in my lunch box,” Patterson said, “and I’ll pay more attention to what I’m doing while I’m drinking my diet soda.”

USDA Dirty Little Secret. Neotame is Aspartame

Just when we thought that buying “Organic” was safe, we run headlong into the deliberate poisoning of our organic food supply by the FDA in collusion with none other than the folks who brought us Aspartame. NutraSweet, a former Monsanto asset, has developed a new and improved version of this neurotoxin called Neotame.

Neotame has similar structure to aspartame — except that, from it’s structure, appears to be even more toxic than aspartame. This potential increase in toxicity will make up for the fact that less will be used in diet drinks. Like aspartame, some of the concerns include gradual neurotoxic and immunotoxic damage from the combination of the formaldehyde metabolite (which is toxic at extremely low doses) and the excitotoxic amino acid. But surely, this product would be labeled! NOT SO!!! For this little gem, no labeling required. And it is even included in USDA Certified Organic food.

The food labeling requirements required for aspartame have now been dropped for Neotame, and no one is clear why this was allowed to happen. Neotame has been ruled acceptable, and without being included on the list of ingredients, for:

  • USDA Certified Organic food items.
  • Certified Kosher products with the official letter k inside the circle on labels. (Janet Hull)

Let me make this perfectly clear. Neotame does not have to be included in ANY list of ingredients! So, if you buy processed food, whether USDA Certified Organic or not, that food most likely will contain Neotame because it is cost-effective, and since no one knows it is there, there is no public backlash similar to what is happening with Aspartame. A win/win situation!

But that’s not all. Just love chowing down on that delicious steak? Well, that cow most likely will have been fed with feed containing…..you guessed it…..Neotame! A product called “Sweetos,” which is actually composed of Neotame, is being substituted for molasses in animal feed.

“Sweetos is an economical substitute for molasses. Sweetos guarantees the masking of unpleasant tastes and odor and improves the palatability of feed. This product will be economical for farmers and manufacturers of cattle feed. It can also be used in mineral mixture,” said Craig Petray, CEO, The NutraSweet Company, a division of Searle, which is a part of Monsanto. (Bungalow Bill)

Why would we feed animals food that is so distasteful that we would have to mask the unpleasantness with an artificial sweetener? Most animals will not eat spoiled, rancid feed. They know by the smell that it is not good. Enter Sweetos (Neotame). Just cover up the unpleasant tastes and odors, and you can feed them anything you want to, courtesy of the oh, so considerate folks at Monsanto and company.

But of course, Monsanto is no longer associated with NutraSweet. In the time-honored tradition of covering its assets, Monsanto has a proven track record of spinning off controversial portions of its company that generate too much scrutiny, such as it did with the Solutia solution.

Says the Farm Industry News, “Monsanto, which has long resided in the crosshairs of public scorn and scrutiny, appears to have dodged at least one bullet by spinning off its industrial chemical business into a separate entity called Solutia a couple of years ago. Solutia has since been hammered by lawsuits regarding PCB contamination from what were once called Monsanto chemical plants in Alabama and other states” (Source Watch)

So what is the solution to this problem? Buy local organic food, know your local farmer, and don’t buy processed foods whether they are labeled “Organic” or not. This requires a drastic change in lifestyle that most will not want to make. For those who choose to ride the wheel of chance by succumbing to this genocidal adulteration of our food supply by those who stand to profit from our sickness and early demise, my only comment is….it is your choice. But for those of us who have decided to fight this battle one bite at a time by hitting these sociopaths in the pocketbook where it hurts……viva la revolucion!
